Thermoelectric Coolers & Generators
Aegis Technology has developed thermoelectric coolers and thermoelectric generators that have high-“ZT” values. These thermoelectric coolers are based on nanocomposite materials. Such coolers are light in weight and high in efficiency. Such thermoelectric coolers can be used for IR sensors, laser diodes, and other electronics. In addition, Aegis Technology has adopted high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion metal insulated substrates for use in thermoelectric cooling. Aegis Technology has also developed thermoelectric generators that are both light in weight and have high efficiency.
