Since 2002, Aegis Technology has developed leading scientific and engineering expertise in the development and fabrication of thermal management systems and high temperature packaging.  We have five PhD scientists and electrical engineers on our research team and a number of partners from national laboratories and universities.  Our projects have been funded via SBIR/STTR contracts from the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Energy (DoE).  We also conduct multiple in-house projects related to the design of thermal management systems and high temperature packaging. We welcome inquiries from all organizations.  No job is too small.
